In my current role, as a core member of the Future team, producing some of the Core training for Europe's largest corporate transfer, I was quickly chosen to lead a workstream responsible for the creation of over 40 individual pieces of learning content.

He has created a range of high quality learning assets during his time at Asda, utilising key authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Adobe CC, Assima Collaborate and Vyond. At Asda he has been a key member of the Measurement and Evaluation working group and has demonstrated his data analysis skills to help us review and act on learner feedback. Adam stepped up to manage and co-ordinate the creation of over 50 learning assets and managed his stakeholders to get the information he needed to keep the project progressing.

Adam's role is to support the creation of learning for a major business transformation exercise for our company, currently one of the largest change projects in Europe. As might be expected, this comes with numerous challenges, from tough deadlines to constantly changing requirements, often at very short notice.
