Adam is a brilliant digital learning designer. He has created a range of high quality learning assets during his time at Asda, utilising key authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Adobe CC, Assima Collaborate and Vyond. He is an extremely hard working member of the team, who is productive and always delivers against his project timescales. I've observed him building brilliant relationships with key stakeholders across the business, to help Asda deliver key transformation projects. The quality of his work is always of a very good standard and he is very receptive to feedback.

Adam also takes on extra responsibility outside of his core role. At Asda he has been a key member of the Measurement and Evaluation working group and has demonstrated his data analysis skills to help us review and act on learner feedback. In addition to this, he also took on the role of workstream lead in one of the major transformation projects at Asda. Adam stepped up to manage and co-ordinate the creation of over 50 learning assets and managed his stakeholders to get the information he needed to keep the project progressing.
